In the middle of the small village Rasun di Sopra in the Antholz Valley the farmhouse Hölzl is located. Farmer “Hons” is an enthusiastic cattle breeder and a farmer from tip to toe. The farm mainly produces young cattle and oxen that meet our high quality standards. The fresh South Tyrolean mountain air and time spent outdoors on the mountain pastures all contribute to the cattle’s well-being.
