Valley of Anterselva

Surrounded by the mountains of the Rieserferner range our butcher Ossi is breeding the old South Tyrolean cattle Pustertaler Sprinzen. The farmhouse is situated in the beautiful valley of Anterselva. The cattle receive optimum care and plenty of home-grown feed such as nutrient-rich hay from the Alpine meadows. The Farm provides us with beef and veal with the South Tyrol quality seal.
