Cooking the steak to the desired level using the steak thermometer.
Turn the steak with the barbecue tongs to prevent the leakage of the valuable meat juice.
Cooking the steaks directly on the serving plate made of cast iron (without saucer!) or heating of the serving plate before serving. The platter will make sure that the steak does not cool off during the meal!
