Chamois salami

The chamois lives in the surrounding mountains and this you can taste in the salami manufactured therefrom. The chamois salami is made according to an old recipe of seasoned chamois meat from the surrounding forests and pork meat. It is gently dried and matured in the fresh mountain air. The chamois meat gives the salami its characteristic taste.
