The Meatingpoint is located just next to our shop in Olang.
Conscious enjoyment and a desire for the best quality have prompted us to revive the traditional butcher's craft.

Anonymity is a thing of the past. At the Meatingpoint, we inform you in every detail about the origin of the meat, about aging methods, cuts and the respective methods of preparation. We want to raise awareness and thereby promote an appreciation for locally produced meat. Including everyone involved, from the breeder of cattle, to the farmer and to the butcher.

We love meat that has been produced regionally and sustainably. And we handle it with passion and expertise.

The Meatingpoint is equipped with a fully glazed aging chamber which allows anyone interested to observe 5 different aging processes in action:
• Dry Aging
• Acqua Aging
• Whisky Aging
• Butter Aging
• Ash Aging

The glass aging chamber has been specially developed for our needs and offers ideal conditions for meat aging.
