The family Steinmair produces beef from suckler cow husbandry. Strict attention is paid to quality standards while the cattle are being reared. The feed is guaranteed free of gene technology. The cattle receive optimum care and plenty of home-grown feed. Like many others of our farmers, also the farm Liebharter is being monitored by an independent inspection body within the framework of the South Tyrol quality mark.
