Quality grown at home

South Tyrolean beef stands for regionality and reliability. It is characterized by the fact that the animals can be verified as born and raised in South Tyrol and the meat being processed by a South Tyrolean butcher.
The quality seal guarantees:
  • Free movement and proper slaughtering of animals
  • Use of natural and home-grown feed. The milk veal calves are fed solely on full-fat milk. Antibiotics and hormones are forbidden.

You can find the beef with the seal of quality in a specially designated area at the counter of our butcher shop.
We source our beef and veal meat from a few, selected farms in close vicinity. The good cooperation and the confidence in our farmers make it possible to subject ourselves to the strict controls of the South Tyrolean quality seal.
